How do I return my order?Updated 4 months ago

Your happiness is important to us. If unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer complimentary return shipping, within 30 days of your delivery date (extended to 60 days for orders placed Nov 1 - Dec 1)  You can return for store credit, exchange for a different product, or get a full refund to the original payment method. All returned items must be in unaltered condition to be accepted. Please email us at [email protected] for your Fed Ex Return Shipping Label.

*Shipping charges may apply if you return or exchange the same item more than once.  Or if you use multiple shipping labels on the same order. Once a customer exceeds the designated return limit(10 returns), they will be responsible for covering the shipping and refurbishing charges associated with the return. Please do not return an item in a box that is larger than the box you received the order in, if you do you may be charged the extra Fed Ex shipping cost. You cannot re-order the exact item you returned for a refund and ask to return it again for a refund. (some people were taking advantage of our flexible return policy and wearing our jewelry until just before the 30-day return policy, sending it back, then re-ordering, and doing this over and over again) Noémie monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our flexible return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
